This one-on-one meeting is the entry step into the Holding Space journey. Together we explore your intentions, current life direction, and how this practice may support you. The session also includes a week of access to weekday Holding Space practices.
$50 (your payment will be applied toward the $250 ODS Intensive if you choose to enroll during the session).
However, upfront enrollment includes a bonus closing session -- one-on-one integration circle.

A four-week journey of reflection and dialogue
Your Intensive begins with a personal assessment session and a warm-up week of Holding Space practices.

The Open Dialogue Space is a scientifically developed method, created by Dr. Dmitry Shamenkov, that helps us reflect on our goals, notice what arises in our relationship with ourselves and others, and uncover true priorities while resolving inner conflicts. It is not a method of teaching, lectures, or knowledge transfer, but a raw and direct experience — where we meet our true selves and embrace what arises. Talking through what we perceive as obstacles often has a deeply transformative effect, leading to clarity and action.
