Holding Space is a practice of presence without agenda -- a safe environment to pause, listen deeply, and realign with one’s true goals and direction. Unlike therapy or traditional coaching, it’s not about fixing or advising, but about creating the conditions where clarity and change can arise naturally. Each participant chooses the field of application -- whether in health, relationships, creativity, or another area of life
How It Works
Start Here
We offer one complete journey,
(one-month program hosted online in small groups):

Begin with an Individual Assessment Session.

Continue with a week of weekday Holding Space practices -- gentle, reflective sessions designed to build awareness and presence.

Deepen through the Open Dialogue Space Intensive (weeks two and three) -- here active participation is essential, with space for speaking, listening, and expressing yourself in dialogue.

Conclude with a final week of Holding Space practices for integration -- a quieter, more introverted rhythm to help bring the experience into everyday life.
You may begin step by step with an Individual Assessment Session. Should you decide during that session to continue into the full Intensive, the $50 fee will be credited toward the program cost.
Enrolling in the Intensive from the start already includes the Assessment at no extra charge.
