How It's done
Just Being Here
This is a space to pause, ground, and reconnect.
We meet online for 30 minutes to hold space for whatever feels valuable to us in the moment.
At the beginning of each session, you are welcome to share your intention -- either by saying a few words aloud or posting in the Zoom chat -- about what you are holding space for. It can be anything you’d like to bring your attention to.

The facilitator will offer a short guidance to settle in, and part of the practice will be devoted to meeting our own silence through awareness. Let’s observe what emerges inside when we allow the internal noise to ease.
At the end, there is space to briefly express any shift, awareness, or reflection that may have arisen.

Unlike the dialogue sessions, these practices are more introverted and reflective. There is no pressure to share beyond what feels natural.
