Holding Space
Research

Welcome — and thank you for considering taking part in this exploration.

This study invites participants into a 1-month journey of Holding Space — a practice of intentional presence, emotional clarity, and quiet connection. Together, we’ll explore how regular practice may shape self-awareness and relational presence.

Information you share during this process will be used for research purposes and may be included in published summaries or reports, always without revealing your personal identity or data. Each participant will be given an alias name in research documentation.

If you’d like to join, please fill in the Research Request Form below. Participation is open to everyone.
